Terms of service

These terms apply to services bought from PPC Spider through ppcspider.com or the client dashboard.

Retainers. Management plans are billed monthly in advance. The initial term is 90 days from the start date; after that the plan continues month to month and either side may cancel with 30 days written notice. Plans are tied to the ad spend or ASIN band shown on the plan; when an account exceeds its band for a full month we move it to the next tier at the next billing date with one month's notice.

One-time products. Listing work, design, audits, setups and reinstatements are paid on order and delivered within the timeline shown on the product page. Two revision rounds are included where stated.

Ad spend. Media costs are paid by you directly to the advertising platform and are never part of our fee.

Access and ownership. You keep ownership of your accounts, listings, creative files and data. You grant us the user permissions needed to deliver the service and may revoke them at any time, which ends our ability to deliver the service.

Results. We work to the targets agreed in your plan but do not guarantee sales, rank, reinstatement or any platform decision.

Refunds. Monthly fees already billed are not refunded on cancellation. One-time products are refundable in full if work has not started.
