Privacy policy

PPC Spider ("we") collects the information you give us through forms on ppcspider.com (name, email, company, store URL, ad spend range and your message) and standard server logs. We use it to answer your request, prepare audits and proposals, and, if you become a client, to deliver the services you buy.

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with processors needed to run the business, such as email, payment (Stripe) and hosting providers, under their own privacy terms. Payment card details are entered on Stripe's pages and never stored by us.

Client marketplace data (Amazon Ads, Seller Central and similar) is accessed only through the permissions you grant and is used solely to deliver the agreed services. You can revoke access at any time.

You can ask what data we hold about you, correct it or have it deleted by emailing hello@ppcspider.com. We keep lead data for 24 months after the last contact and client data for the term of the agreement plus the period required by tax law.
