Inventory & FBA questions

How do reimbursements get paid?

Amazon credits your account. We invoice 20% of the recovered amount at the end of each month, with the case list attached.

Can we use our own 3PL?

Yes. We plan inbound shipments with whatever warehouse you use and coordinate the paperwork.

Do you need accounting access?

Read access to reports in Seller Central is enough. We never need bank or tax access.

What happens when stock is about to run out?

The alert goes to you and to the ads team, who throttle spend on the affected ASINs until stock is back.

Not sure which plan fits?
